Users can make an appointment 24/7 with the doctor of their choice. The annual limit for Dietician and Psychologist consultations is set as 6 consultations. Unlimited consultations can be performed throughout the year in any other branches. 

Online Medical Advisory also includes personal accident coverage. Personal accident risks that mine workers, construction workers, shipyard workers and athletes may be exposed to during their professional activities are not covered by the policy. Infectious diseases are also not covered. Online Medical Advisory includes a Check Up gift.
