You can find the Privacy Settings under the Settings menu. Here's what you can do with these settings:

• By disabling Name Visibility you can mask your name and surname during transactions.
• By disabling Contacts Visibility you can prevent other users from seeing you as a Papara user in their contacts.
• Through the Split and Money Requests setting, you can reject all split requests and money requests from other users.
• In the Block Users section, you can block any Papara user. Blocked users won’t be able to send you money, or send you split or money requests.

You can hide your name and surname through Settings > Privacy Settings > Name Visibility. This way, other users will only see your initials when they send or receive money from you.

If you reached Papara with a written request and your request is rejected, you fail to receive a response after 20 days, or you find the resolution inadequate; in the 60 days following our response, you have the right to apply to TÖDEB’s Customer Complaints Arbitration Panel, according to The Association of Payment and Electronic Money Institutions of Turkey (“TÖDEB”)’s Regulation on Operation Principles and Procedures of Customer Complaints Arbitration Panel.

According to the laws of Turkey, it's a crime to let someone else use one's verified Papara account.

You will be held legally responsible for all transactions made the person in posession of your account. If suspicious activity is detected on your account, it will be naturally assumed that you made these transactions and you may face criminal charges. Papara is obligated by law to track transactions on users' accounts and report any suspicious transactions to the authorities.

In case it is detected that someone else is using your account, your account will be closed immediately and permanently, and you will not be able to use your Verified account again.
