To send a Papara Gift Card to your employees, business partners, or customers, enter the Gift Card > Send Gift Card section in the Papara merchant portal. Determine the brand for which the gift card will be valid, download the sample .csv file displayed on the screen, and edit the file according to the instructions on the screen. Upload the edited file.

After confirming the shipment summary screen, the Gift Card will reach the recipients. If the person you are sending it to is not a Papara user, you can optionally send an invitation via SMS.

Once the user opens their individual Papara account, they will see the Gift Card in the Papara Card menu and can use it in the selected brand's online channels for one year.
